स्वतंत्र भारद्वाज हुए स्वतंत्र! दिल्ली कोर्ट से मिली नियमित जमानत, CJP प्रोटेस्ट में मारपीट के हैं आरोपी

Swatantra Bhardwaj Bail: दिल्ली की पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट से सोशल मीडिया इंफ्लुएंसर स्वतंत्र भारद्वाज को बड़ी राहत मिली है। कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को उन्हें नियमित जमानत दे दी। मामला जुलाई में कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के जंतर-मंतर पर हुए प्रदर्शन के दौरान एक छात्र-कार्यकर्ता के पिता के साथ कथित मारपीट से जुड़ा है। इस मामले में अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश (ASJ) सौरभ प्रताप सिंह लाले ने जमानत को मंजूरी दी है।

इससे पहले कोर्ट ने स्वतंत्र भारद्वाज को तीन हफ्ते की अंतरिम जमानत दी थी। उस वक्त कोर्ट ने साफ किया था कि नियमित जमानत पर फैसला लेने से पहले उनके आचरण पर नजर रखी जाएगी। अब अदालत ने उनके आचरण को ध्यान में रखते हुए अंतरिम राहत को नियमित जमानत में बदल दिया है। इस फैसले के साथ मामले में स्वतंत्र भारद्वाज को फिलहाल नियमित जमानत मिल गई है।
