हिमाचल में बारिश का कहर: IMD ने जारी की चेतावनी, 37 की मौत, 40 लापता

IMD Alert: हिमाचल प्रदेश में लगातार हो रही भारी बारिश के कारण बाढ़ और भूस्खलन ने तबाही मचाई है। अब तक 37 से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है और 40 लोग लापता हैं, जिनमें सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित मंडी जिला है। राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के मुताबिक, इस बारिश ने राज्य में 400 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा का नुकसान किया है। भारतीय मौसम विभाग (IMD) ने 7 जुलाई तक कई जिलों के लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है, जिसमें भारी बारिश की चेतावनी दी गई है।
कई जिलों में अलर्ट जारी
IMD ने 5 जुलाई को शिमला, सोलन और सिरमौर के लिए और 6 जुलाई को ऊना, बिलासपुर, हमीरपुर, कांगड़ा, चंबा और मंडी के लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है, जो भारी बारिश और बाढ़ के खतरे का संकेत है। इसके अलावा, राज्य के बाकी हिस्सों के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। इस दौरान भारी बारिश, बाढ़, भूस्खलन और सड़क जाम जैसी घटनाओं का खतरा बढ़ सकता है।
मंडी में हालात बिगड़े
मंडी जिले में भारी बारिश के कारण भूस्खलन और बाढ़ ने भारी तबाही मचाई है। यहां अब तक 11 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है और 34 लोग अभी भी लापता हैं। कई सड़कें अवरुद्ध हो गई हैं और बिजली, पानी जैसी सेवाएं बाधित हैं। एनडीआरएफ, एसडीआरएफ, स्थानीय प्रशासन और पुलिस की टीम राहत कार्यों में जुटी हुई है। जिन गांवों तक सड़कें नहीं पहुंच पा रही हैं, वहां हेलीकॉप्टर के जरिए सहायता भेजी जा रही है।
250 से अधिक सड़कें बंद
लगातार बारिश और बाढ़ के कारण राज्य में करीब 250 सड़कें बंद हैं और 500 से ज्यादा बिजली ट्रांसफार्मर भी प्रभावित हो गए हैं। राजधानी शिमला में भी स्कूलों में पानी भर गया है, जिससे पढ़ाई रुक गई है और अभिभावकों को मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। साथ ही, करीब 700 पेयजल योजनाएं भी प्रभावित हुई हैं। मौसम विभाग ने अगले कुछ दिनों में और बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया है। राज्य सरकार और प्रशासन हाई अलर्ट पर हैं, और राहत कार्यों के लिए एनडीआरएफ, एसडीआरएफ व अन्य मशीनरी तैयार रखी गई है।
